Facial Recognition – Rose Fulton

As we enter 2020, we are taking a look at Rose Fulton, Strategic Auto Initiatives Director in the San Francisco Bay office. Rose has worked at Adtaxi for almost 7 years creating strategies that have helped her record success. 

Rose’s ability to uncover opportunities, often overlooked by others, has naturally shaped her impressive career. While initially focused on new business development across verticals, she blazed her path by identifying, understanding, and solving business needs both for clients and our own internal processes. 

One of her most notable accomplishments during her tenure has been fostering conversations that lead to a partnership with Feedonomics. Upon recognizing a large eCommerce client in need of connecting their product feed for more a more personalized, dynamic campaign, Rose took it upon herself to find a solution. By leveraging Feedonomics feed optimization technology, she was able to demonstrate to management how the partnership could benefit clients, positioning Adtaxi as a leader in the digital space. Her keen eye lead to becoming a feed solutions partner, expanding business opportunities company wide.

She was recently promoted to Strategic Auto Initiatives Director. Her love of a good challenge made her the ideal candidate to take on the new role that focuses on identifying high dollar auto opportunities and preferred partner programs nationwide. Since taking on the new position last fall, Rose has been overwhelmed by the level of collaboration from the standing auto team members across markets and the collective effort to help boost each other’s successes. 

Rose’s ambitious nature started long before her days at Adtaxi. As a child, she had her sights set on becoming an Airforce pilot. While her life ultimately took a different direction, which we are very thankful for, she still greatly admires women in the field. If given the opportunity, she would swap places with Jasmin Moghbeli, Marine Corps test pilot and newly minted NASA astronaut who is breaking barriers by becoming one of 13 recently NASA Astronaut Candidate Training Program graduates eligible for upcoming spaceflight missions. 

Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with family which includes her young daughter and their Chihuahua, Bambi. She has taken an active role in the local School Board in pursuit of bettering education in her area. She is also an adrenaline junkie who enjoys the thrill of traveling to motor speedways around the country as often as possible. You may find her behind the wheel of a race car, fulfilling her need for speed, that is if you can catch her.
