Bethanie Kollbaum, our Marketing Operations Specialist out of the Denver office, is one of Adtaxi’s marketing department’s most valuable assets and she is the center of our Facial Recognition. Ever wonder who is creating and refining the lead scoring system? It’s Bethanie. Who is tracking leads from contact to close? Bethanie. Who is nuturing contacts that come in through our website with resources to continue engagement? Also Bethanie. You get the idea. Bethanie role encompasses a variety of critical tasks that help sales, well sell. She’s a numbers girl who is constantly monitoring and evaluating marketing campaign metrics to optimize our approach to highlight Adtaxi’s industry expertise.

In person, Bethanie is often soft spoken but when it comes to marketing, she’s an operations guru. Her industry knowledge and meticulous attention to detail allow her to accurately articulate where to focus efforts for maximum success to improve engagement and drive sales initiatives. She has a keep eye for process and ways to integrate systems from our full communications strategy in Pardot to communication practices in Luna, making everyone else’s job a little easier.

Bethanie is also a true team player and is genuinely interested in helping to improve not only marketing but but boost Adtaxi’s market presence in an engaging and professional way. She is never too busy to help break down the data or brainstorm new ideas and she also thrives off the fast-paced, high energy environment that’s been created by collaborating with her co-workers across departments.

Bethanie’s most recent efforts have been working with the IT team to prepare Adtaxi for the newly regulated privacy policies that went into effect at the start of 2020. Bethanie worked closely with various teams to track and document data flow as well as assist with training for a smooth implementation of our updated privacy policy.

While we greatly value Bethanie’s deep knowledge of marketing automation and data analysis, marketing is not her original path. As a child, she planned on turning her love of debating with family and obsession with Judge Judy into a successful law career. Upon entering college, Bethanie’s planned to pursue a career as a religious studies professor. However, she ultimately found her niche in marketing her sophomore year.

Outside of work, Bethanie is equally as busy helping others. She’s the mom of three children who are always on the go. She can be found cheering on her step-son at his all-star league football tournaments, watching her daughter’s theater performances, or helping her youngest son prepare for his first season of t-ball this spring.
